Mbizo has valuable experience in organisational change and transformation with over 30 years hands-on, aligning people with business strategy to achieve results
He worked for both private and public sector in creating and implementing change management plans that maximised employee engagement. He became a successful college lecturer in Management and Human Resources and conducted Leadership and Management seminars. He was member of the Institute of Management and served as a Board member.
Kingford D. Boamah (Centre Director)
Kingsford holds Master’s degrees in Management, Human Ecology, PgD (Applied Ethics- Economics and Business) and Bachelor of Business Administration.
Kingsford is a talented and highly skilled learning and business development focused professional. He has extensive experience working for the public and the private sector including non profit making organisations. He worked as an accountant, Executive Secretary for an NGO, and a project advisor for a multi-disciplinary agricultural project and programs. His work experience spans across seven countries in Africa and Europe. His area of expertise covers the field of corporate social responsibility, sustainability policy and strategy, stakeholders engagement and performance, business analysis, business plan, business support services, budget and financial planning management.
Sue Locke (Director of Operations)
Sue has over 15 years of diversified service experience with a strong interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
Graduate in executive and administrative role. Sue has a solid ethic background with a professional commitment and responsibility as well as excellent attitude to deal with people and a high communication outlook and enhanced leadership skills, adaptability to change situation.
Brian Wilson (Non-Executive Director)
BSc (Hons) , MCIPD
Brian's responsibility involves watching brief over operational compliance and related matters.
Brain has over 35 years’ experience in HR in UK covering a diverse range of areas including HR operational improvement and auditing, ISO 9000 series Quality Systems, Project Planning and Control and the delivery of NVQ based Accredited Qualification from level 1-4
Ndabezinhle Batshi (Rep-Zimbabwe and South Africa)
Ndabezinhle is a dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional educator with a solid commitment to the social and academic development of every student. He worked for the Ministry of Education for over ten years and thereafter joined the Teachers Union as Provincial Administrator.
He is a sincere, hard working, committed and a true mentor. He always promotes simplicity and encourages rules and regulations within his province.
Jo McDonald (Independent Consultant)
Jo has over 20 years experience working in the training and education sector and understands the challenges faced when striving to deliver outstanding results.
Jo's specialisms are learner and employment engagement, accessing funding, strategy and business planning, business diversification, senior management coaching, developing a supply chain, process reviews, recruitment and selection of new employees. Jo has also worked with a range of employers and has supported them to gain accreditation and funding for their in-house training programs.
Gary Wynne (Non-Executive Director)
BSc (Hons) Computer Science, PGCE, MBCS
Gary has over 27 years' experience in the IT Industry with a further 4 years lecturing in IT and has received several recognition awards for business development and delivery success.
Gary is an experienced Programme Director with a proven track record of success having been involved in a number of large and strategic Government, Defence and Private sector projects. He is results driven and outcome focused but his wealth of experience enables him to balance the need to apply appropriate governance with providing support and guidance. Gary's main areas of expertise are in Transformation Programme delivery and project management, test management and application support although he has worked in all areas of the bid/pre-sales and project delivery lifecycle.
Wednesday, 20th May 2015 - Today Mbizo met with Neil from ICQ and they finalised an agreement to approve EHS so we are almost ready to go with staff training taking place in Zimbabwe in July and then students will start.
